We continue our tradition of making “Quilts for Kids,” both individually and as a group at our work bees. These quilts are then donated to various groups in the community including OASIS, Michigan State Police, Mercy Hospital, Cadillac Cancer Care Center, other needs as they become known to us. Besides the traditional “Quilts for Kids” we annually donate a quilt to the Habitat for Humanity Festival of Trees fundraiser and to other organizations for their fundraising including the Cadillac Area Zonta Club, The Kidney Foundation, and The American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.
